Kneading

To begin, wastepaper will be fed into the pulper. Then, using a mixer, it will be combined with water and transformed into pulp. Impurities in this pulp include sand, gravel, and various types of plastic and styrofoam. To remove sands and large gravels, the pulp is first passed through high-density cleaners with timer valves.

The pulp will then enter the separator. These separators work by using centrifugal force. Small particles, such as styrofoam, will exit the top end of the separator due to their low density, and they remove the larger impurities from the terminal part of this equipment. To prevent the pulp from accumulating and clogging the equipment, some water is added to the mix from the machine’s terminal part to dilute the pulp.

Following that, the pulp will pass through cleaners and a plastic filter to separate smaller impurities. The product is a high-purity pulp. This pulp will be passed through the mesh to regulate the concentration before entering the pulp transportation tanks and being used in the paper machines.
