Paper machine

In the pulp production unit, the prepared pulp will enter tanks with mixers. It will be passed through separators to separate tiny particles, trash, and impurities before proceeding to the next stage. The pulp will then be transferred to the wire. In that section, it will lose some of its moisture content, resulting in the formation of primary paper.

Following that, it will enter the press section, where the main dehydration process will be carried out by press cylinders in three groups. The moisture content of the paper has now dropped by half. It will then enter the dryer, which is divided into two sections. In the first section, the paper will be passed through various cylinders while gaining steam and losing water content. Following that, it will enter the sizing section, where various types of additives will be added to the paper to increase its strength and reduce its water absorption, among other things. The paper will then enter the second section of the dryer to lose its excess water content. Finally, the paper will be ironed and smoothed through the calendar section. It will be wrapped inside a spool.

Finally, the produced paper will be sent to the rewinder unit, where it will be cut proportionate to the needs of the clients. The paper rolls will then be graded by the quality control unit before being transferred to the warehouse.
