Treatment and effluent

The wastewater from the various manufacturing units flows into the main canal and is transported to the industrial wastewater treatment unit. It first passes through a mechanical screen to remove trash and large particles that could damage system equipment such as pumps, mixers, and so on, leading to pipe clogging in the future. Following the mechanical screen, the wastewater enters the transportation tank where it is transported by several centrifuged machines to cascades to separate the pulp. Following that, it enters the initial clarifier tanks. The particles capable of sedimentation are separated in this section. Its pollution and current will be removed in the equalization tank. The pollution in this reactor will be reduced by anaerobic bacteria, which produces new bacteria methane gas, which will be burned after collecting the equipment placed inside the pools. The wastewater is then pumped into the sediment tank, which is lined with cellular film packings. After separating anaerobic sludges and calcifying via overflow, wastewater enters the collection canal and is routed to the aeration tank. When wastewater enters the aeration tank, the process of broad aeration and sludge mixing begins inside the tank. To reduce pollution, bacteria consume oxygen. The wastewater enters the sediment tank at this point. After the sludge is deposited, a small amount of it is pumped into the aeration tank, and a portion of it is transferred to the concentration tank. The sediment pools’ overflow will be routed to the coagulation tank. It will then enter the chemical sediment tank (to enable the suspended particles to be deposited after coagulation in the clarifier). In this section, Fenton wastewater will be treated with a strong oxidation matter in the presence of ferrum ions to remove any remaining pollution and colors. The treated water will then enter the clean water tanks to be transmitted for later use (production line, green space, to humidify the debris).
