Organizational Social Responsibility

This responsibility refers to a set of tasks and commitments that an organization must fulfill in order to protect and help society, as well as spend a part of their profit on social and cultural activities affecting their people and employees. It denotes having a responsible attitude, going above and beyond the minimum legal requirements, and adhering to the righteous principles that can be implemented by all businesses (either big or small). Corporate or organizational social responsibility is a subset of “business ethics” that emphasizes a company’s or organization’s role in society and related activities. Corporate social responsibility is a set of obligations and commitments that each company must fulfill in order to preserve, protect, and assist the society in which they operate. Corporate social responsibility extends beyond financial and economic concerns to include society, humans, and the environment in which they live. In the last decade, the concept of corporate social responsibility has evolved into a dominant paradigm for corporate management. Large and credible global corporations consider their societal and environmental responsibilities to be part of their corporate strategy.

In Pardis Kaghaz Parsian, social responsibility is regarded not only as a responsibility but also as an ethical principle. The great Pardis Kaghaz Parsian family has always placed a high value on serving society, particularly the local community. Social responsibility is an ethical framework and field in which various responsibilities, i.e., societal holding interests, are assigned to specific individuals, organizations, or institutions. In its most literal sense, this concept refers to the personal tasks that each individual in society performs. Given that, completing these tasks will result in a proper balance between the ecosystem and society’s economy. The term task denotes that each individual must be aware of their responsibilities, as well as accept and carry out their role in maintaining this balance.

In addition to shareholders, all colleagues, stakeholders, and clients are considered members of the Pardis Kaghaz Parsian family. As a result, we have made every effort to establish this term in every field. With God’s help, we were able to achieve this goal, and we continue to make every effort to assist this family in succeeding, progressing, and becoming greater on a daily basis.
